I can no longer access my Xfinity (Comcast.com) email from my Windows computer or from any of my other devices, using either Outlook or Thunderbird email apps. I can still access my email through webmail, using the same password. What’s happened? The «To:» line prompts you to «Type the name of a person». Instead, type «Xfinity Support» there. As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select «Xfinity Support» from that list. An «Xfinity Support» graphic replaces the «To:» line. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window Press Enter to send it. My email had been deactivated as well, so I went through the same steps but the Connect web portal loaded shortly after the «loading emails» screen. Have you tried to clear the cache and cookies on your web browser and attempted to reactivate the email? I am an Official Xfinity Employee. How do I log into my comcast email?
