I had the same problem but I used this link and clicked on Take the quiz. I did the quiz got the points and a green checkmark. Maybe it could work for you as well. When I try to complete it on the mobile app it just loads the page for the search results for the correct answer and the actual quiz no longer continues. And when I try to complete it on my PC it will say that I have successfully completed the quiz but never award any points. The quiz won't load for me no matter where I try, on the start app, on the bing app, edge on mobile and edge on desktop. It just takes me to the bing search homepage instead and won't let me take the quiz!
