Get Your Own Back was a British children's game show, which ran from 26 September 1991 to 31 March 2003. It has been presented throughout by Dave Benson Phillips with the addition of Lisa Brockwell as a co-host from 2001 to the programme's end in 2003.

This documentary by Leo Regan follows the life of his friend, photographer Lanre Fehintola, as he becomes part of the hard drug scene through researching it for his book ("Charlie Says: Don't Get High On Your Own Supply"). It shows Lanre as he becomes a character in his own book through his heroin addiction.

Somewhere foggy. It turns out that this is a place in a VR game played by Jeong-Im. The purpose of the game is to find your own house in an unfamiliar place. Jeong-Im begins to enjoy the game and finally arrives home, but the game does not end.
