American TV producer Dale Hurd comes to Slovenia 20 years after its independence from Yugoslavia. He wants to investigate the case of Erased and meets two Bosnian Muslims - Irfan and Nisveta. They changed their cultural identity after the independence of Slovenia and tried to assimilate their new culture. Nisveta converts from Islam to Christianity and becomes an important member of the Baptist Church in Ljubljana (she sings in the church choir). On the other hand Irfan continues to live in past times of Yugoslav communism. He becomes a member of Youth Work Brigades Club in Ljubljana. "Slovenia My Homeland" is a film about rootlessness and a people's need to belong to its society.

After enduring six grueling years in Russian prisoner-of-war camps during World War I, hundreds of Turkish soldiers finally begin their journey home on February 23, 1921. Boarding the Japanese ship Heimei-Maru, under the courageous command of Lieutenant Colonel Yukichi Tsumura, they believe their ordeal is over. However, as the ship reaches the waters off Mytilene, it is intercepted by a Greek warship, sparking a diplomatic crisis and a prolonged wait at sea. It isn't until June 25, 1922, that the weary soldiers finally touch the soil of Istanbul. Decades later, Mustafa Dokur, the son of one of those soldiers, embarks on a personal mission to piece together his father’s lost history. Armed with nothing but a faded photograph and a weathered notebook, Mustafa’s search for answers unearths a forgotten saga of resilience, international solidarity, and the unbreakable bond between a father and a son across time.

Saturday, October 14, 1922. The merchant steamer Twefik El Bari arrives at the port of Larnaca from Alaya, a coastal city in Asia Minor, with its sole cargo of 509 distressed Asia Minor refugees, mostly women, children and the elderly. The ship is on an emergency rescue mission for the Greek population of Alaya. After the massacres and burning of Smyrna, the Greek inhabitants of Alaya and other cities were ordered by the Neo-Turks to leave their ancestral homes, leaving behind their houses, shops, property, churches, their lives, their past, their history.

Directors belonging to the PLO film organisations were barred from entering territories under Israeli administration. Kais Al-Zubaidi sent a West-German film team into the territories occupied in 1967. They talked to Palestinian peasants and refugees and to Israeli settlers. The former have lost their fields and meadows and are to be driven further East from the camps in which they lived since 1948. The latter call their new settlement area “liberated land”.

A father trying to mend his relationship with his wife and save his family finds himself in the midst of the coup attempt on the night of July 15th with his son. Cihangir, an engineer at TÜRKSAT, tries to prevent the coup plotters from cutting off broadcasts and breaking the people’s resistance. At the same time, Cihangir is also striving to protect his son and win back his family. In the end, Cihangir emerges victorious and becomes a true hero on his son Can’s birthday by fighting against the coup plotters.
