This singular word precisely describes the riding formula of the film. Each and every line that the featured athletes, Ryan Leech, Dylan Korba, and Thomas Ohler ride has a CRUX. These three riders, aggressively pursuing Leech's Manifesto Style, execute mind-bending feats of bike mastery. Combining shear difficulty with an elegant and creative style, CRUX is a film that redefines technical riding standards.

What comes to mind when you see a cross?

After the loss of her mother, Margo's life takes an unexpected turn when her estranged older sister reappears in her life. As grief and unresolved family tensions weigh heavily on her, Margo attempts her hardest rock climb yet.

An experimental, audiovisual exploration of female corporeity and the effects inflicted upon it by a mystical experience. The conjugation of flesh and spirit born out of the contact with catholic symbolism. Religion and eroticism, as well as temptation and violence, as seen through an earthly spirituality. A short film inspired by real-life testimonies of women in the medieval times regarding their relationship to Jesus of Nazareth and how this translates to the female body.

The action takes place in the year 2068, in which the head of a corporation governed chaotically the Southern Cone of the Americas. Dr. Crux is an old rebel scientist and his son John Crux must become the hero expected to fight the evil and its minions.

Precarious and fluid arrangements constantly interrupt one another in a montage of waiting, anticipating, and transitioning forms. Arrangements of marks and geometric forms are faced with unresolved states. Objects struggle to maintain their shape, stay upright, or avoid disappearing. "Crux Film" is an animation composed of segments of work by Lilli Carré and Alexander Stewart. Created over the course of several weeks in shared studio spaces, these simple animated segments developed directly in response to one another; ideas, images, challenges and structures ping-ponging back and forth between the two animator’s light boxes.
