Quicken and PNC "got confused" about several transactions, hence, I de-activated PNC Direct Connect as I always do to resolve the issue (when a simple "reset" does not work), but this time I am unable to re-activate PNC Direct Connect. PNC bank did a major upgrade over the weekend, and now no transactions are coming into Quicken. I can see new transactions on the PNC site, but 0 transactions have been downloaded from PNC into Quicken since Friday. No errors displayed in quicken. I see transactions on the PNC bank website that have cleared and should have downloaded into quicken, but they do not download. I have been unable to download my PNC transactions since 9/20/25. When I click automatic update, it says it is downloading and gives me the message that it is complete. But there are no transactions.
